Delivery

UK mainland: free next-working-day delivery by DHL Express. Orders for in-stock radiators placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Pre-order items are dispatched from the date shown on the product page. We email you on the day your order leaves us, with DHL tracking, and you can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before dispatch.

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands: delivery may take one to two working days longer. If a surcharge applies to your postcode we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Outside the United Kingdom: please email support@rioheating.com before ordering so we can confirm carriage, duties and timing for your address.

On arrival

Please check the box before signing where you can. If a radiator arrives damaged, email support@rioheating.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Installation

The Rio Eco Plus 1000W and 1500W come with a fitted UK plug and can be used straight from the box. The 2000W must be hardwired to a fused spur by a qualified electrician and does not include a plug.
